Mango-Roo Productions is a small software studio in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We build and run PayoutPilot, Trading Blox, the White Mountain Board of REALTORS® association system, the club platform behind the Drifters and the Schussverein, the Bridges & Bows rental system, and the String Beings quartet site. Each started as the tool one organization needed and is built so that others like it can use it too.

PayoutPilot

Payout reconciliation and sales tax for Stripe and Square, posted to QuickBooks.

Every Stripe payout becomes a QuickBooks deposit that matches the bank feed line for line: charges, fees, refunds and tax, mapped product by product to the right accounts. Monthly sales tax is computed across Stripe and Square in one screen. Payouts are captured by webhook the moment they land and processed overnight on a schedule you set.

Since 2005, Trading Blox has been the research platform for systematic traders: a drag-and-drop System Editor, the Blox Basic scripting language, parameter-driven backtests across decades of futures, stock and forex data, trade-by-trade results, and next-day order generation with a live connection to Interactive Brokers. Three editions, sold by subscription.

WMBR Association Management

Membership, dues, events and committees for a REALTOR® board.

The system behind the White Mountain Board of REALTORS®: membership applications and approvals, dues billing and transfers to the state and national associations, events with online registration, classes, raffles and sponsorships, committees with their own documents and polls, board voting, a public member directory, and posting to QuickBooks. Members pay by card through Stripe or by invoice.

Drifters Ski Club Platform

Members, lodge reservations, dues and racing for ski clubs.

Runs the Drifters Ski Club and the Schussverein: a member directory, lodge reservations with charge sheets and in-page card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payment, annual dues and one-off invoices through Stripe, reimbursement credits, EV charging, email templates, and the joint Drifters–Schussverein race system with categories, bibs, results and standings.

Schussverein Ski Club

A second club on the same platform, with its own domain and Stripe account.

The Schussverein runs its member directory, lodge reservations, charge sheets, annual dues and the joint race system on the same platform as the Drifters, at its own address with its own branding, email sender and Stripe account. Nothing was forked: every improvement made for one club reaches both at once.

Bridges & Bows Rentals

Rental management and point of sale for string instrument shops.

Runs Bridges & Bows Violin Shop in Westford, Massachusetts, and now a second shop: instrument rentals on monthly, school-year and annual terms, customers with a card on file through Stripe, instrument inventory and repair tracking, a register with barcode scanner, receipt printer and cash drawer, lesson scheduling with teacher pay, payroll, and a built-in double-entry ledger for the books.

String Beings

A string quartet from Portland, Maine, and its website.

Tim plays violin in String Beings, a quartet whose programs run from the classical-era quartets of Haydn to the jazz, blues and spirituals of William Grant Still. Mango-Roo Productions hosts the quartet’s site, its concert listings and printable flyer, and bills engagements and ticketed events through its Stripe platform.

About

Mango-Roo Productions is the studio of Tim Arnold, based in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. It takes its name from Tim’s two Jack Russell terriers, Mango and Roo.

Each of these products began as a tool for a business, club or association Tim runs or belongs to. Once it was working, it was built out so another shop, club or board could run on it too, with its own domain, its own data and its own Stripe account. That is the common thread: software written by someone who uses it every day.

Payments and billing

Mango-Roo Productions is the Stripe platform behind the products above. When a shop, club or association takes a payment through one of them, the money goes to that organization’s own Stripe account. Mango-Roo Productions collects a small platform fee from the organization for running the software.

If Mango-Roo or Mango Roo Productions appears on a Stripe statement or invoice, it is that platform fee, or a subscription to one of these products. Questions about a charge are welcome at the contact address below.
